Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 52-year-old man reported missing from Chinchilla.
Wade Duncan (pictured) was temporarily living at an address on Warrego Highway and is known to frequent the Toowoomba City area.
Wade last made contact on the October 1 and was reported missing on October 10.
He is described as First Nations, approximately 165cm tall with grey hair and brown eyes.
Police hold concerns for Wade as he has a medical condition.
Police are appealing to Wade or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to immediately come forward.
