Police are appealing for urgent public assistance to locate a 76-year-old man missing from Beachmere (Caboolture) since yesterday, December 31.
Thomas Foran (pictured) was last seen leaving a medical facility on Beachmere Road and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition that causes confusion.
Thomas is described as Caucasian, approximately 173cm tall with grey hair and blue eyes, and last seen wearing a fluffy cream jumper, dark shorts, and slippers or thongs on his feet.
Residents in the area are urged to check their properties for any signs of Thomas.
Police are appealing to anyone with information concerning his whereabouts to immediately come forward.
