Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 39-year-old man missing from the Sunshine Coast since March 16.
Matthew Urquhart (pictured) was last seen on Hope Court in Meridan Plains around lunch time.
Investigators have released the below CCTV still where Matthew was seen at a bank on Point Cartwright Drive in Kawana Waters around 12pm.
Matthew has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
Matthew is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 180cm tall with a thin build, dark brown hair, and brown eyes.
Police are appealing to Matthew, or anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward.
