Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 39-year-old man missing from Meridan Plains on the Sunshine Coast, since July 4.
Mathew John Urquhart was last seen at a Hope Close address around 11.30pm on Thursday but has not been seen or heard from since.
Police hold concerns for the man's welfare as he has a medical condition.
He is known to visit the Mooloolaba area.
Mathew is described as Caucasian, around 185cm tall, solid build, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who knows where Mathew is, or who has any information about his whereabouts, is urged to contact police.
