Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a 63-year-old man missing from Pimpama.
Samuel White, pictured, was last seen leaving an address on Hurley Street, Pimpama on the evening of Tuesday, November 19.
Police and family hold concerns for Samuel's welfare as he suffers from a medical condition that appears to require immediate medical attention.
Samuel is described as around 180cm tall, with a slim build and grey hair.
Samuel is also currently using a wheelchair.
He was last seen wearing grey pants, white shoes an LA Lakers baseball cap, dark coloured purple/light blue shirt.
He may also be carrying a bag on the back of his wheelchair, with a pool noodle attached to one of his wheelchair brakes.
Police are appealing for anyone with information about Samuel's whereabouts to contact them.
