Police seek help to find missing woman at Brisbane Bayside

Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 32-year-old woman reported missing in the Bayside area since September 16.

Simmone Esmond (pictured) was last seen around 2pm at the Cleveland Library on Middle Street however has not been heard from since.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition which requires medication.

Ms Esmond is described as Filipino with an olive complexion, around 167cm tall with long dark hair.

She was last seen wearing a gold/bronze coloured jacket, a cream coloured shirt, black long pants and was carrying a multi coloured backpack mainly blue and green in colour

Anyone who may have seen Simmone or know her whereabouts is urged to come forward.
