Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 20-year-old Claire Pomerenke, who was last seen at Curra in Gympie on Thursday, November 9.
She is believed to have left a house on Curra Estate Road in a White Suzuki Swift at 3.30pm.
She is described as Caucasian, 168cm tall with a proportional build and long brown hair.
Police hold concerns for her wellbeing as she has a medical condition.
Police urge Claire or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts, or who may have relevant footage, to contact them.
