Police are currently searching and appeal for public assistance to help locate missing boy Mustafa.
The 14-year-old was last seen on O'Reilly Road in Tarneit about 6pm on Tuesday, 25 October.
Police and family have concerns for Mustafa due to his age and a medical condition.
He is known to frequent the Werribee and Tarneit areas.
An image of Mustafa has been released in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
He is African, tall and slim with long black curly hair.
Mustafa was last seen wearing long grey pants and a navy school sweater, carrying a navy-blue bag.
Anyone who sights Mustafa is urged to call Werribee Police Station on (03) 9742 9444.
