Police are appealing for public assistance and are currently searching for missing 43-year-old Coburg woman Louise.
Louise was last seen on Sackville Street in Collingwood earlier today.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition and her disappearance being out of character.
Louise is described as being Caucasian in appearance, about 165cm tall, a solid build and long, dark brown, curly hair.
She was last seen wearing a blue short-sleeve top and navy linen pants.
It is believed she may be travelling in a white 2013 Hyundai i30 Wagon with registration 1BV5DU.
She is known to frequent the Woodend, Wonthaggi and Phillip Island areas.
Police have released an image of Louise in the hope someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
