Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing girl Hannah.
The 15-year-old was last seen at an address in Doreen about 7.30pm on Friday, 30 August.
Hannah is Caucasian, about 157cm tall, with a medium build and medium length brown hair with blonde ends.
She was last seen wearing a maroon knee-length jacket, black leggings, a nose piercing in her left nostril, and blue painted nails.
Police and family have concerns for Hannah's welfare due to her age.
Investigators have released an image of Hannah in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
