Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing girl Charlotte.
The 13-year-old Moe girl was last seen at an address on Taurus Way in Moe about 5pm on Wednesday 21 August.
Charlotte is described as being approximately 162cm tall with long blonde hair and dark brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black "Kathmandu" puffer jacket and black tracksuit pants.
It is believed that Charlotte could be in Moe, Morwell or Melbourne's CBD.
Police and family have concerns for Charlotte's welfare due to her age.
Investigators have released images of Charlotte in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
