Police are appealing for public assistance as they continue to search for missing girl Emma.
The 15-year-old was last seen leaving Box Hill Hospital on Arnold Street just before 6am on Tuesday, 4 March.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age and a medical condition.
It is believed Emma may have travelled to Melbourne's CBD.
Police have released an image of Emma in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Emma is Caucasian, of medium build with blue eyes and light brown hair.
She was last seen wearing white pyjamas with pink and orange runners and was carrying a purple bag.
