Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing girl Taylah.
The 16-year-old was last seen on Neill Street, Ballarat about 8.20pm on 6 September.
Taylah is Caucasian, about 150cm tall, with a thin build and blonde/brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a grey Nike tech jumper, black puffer jacket, black Champion tracksuit pants with red down the side, black and blue TN runners and carrying a black backpack.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Investigators have released an image of Taylah in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
