Werribee police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Hoppers Crossing teenager, Khoder.
The 17-year-old was last seen at an address on Guilford Court, Truganina about 5pm on 18 November.
Police and his family have concerns for his welfare as he recently underwent a medical procedure that requires regular medication and treatement.
Khoder is described as having short dark hair with a slim build and olive complexion and was last seen wearing black pants and a black jacket.
Investigators have released an image of Khoder in the hope someone recognises him and contacts Werribee police on 9742 9444.
