Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Samantha..
The 27-year-old was last seen at a service station on the South Gippsland Highway in Caldermeade on Wednesday 6 October about 3.50am.
She is described as 165cm tall with a thin build and long dark hair and was last seen wearing a red flan-let hoodie with a grey hood and blue jeans.
Her disappearance is out of character and police and her family have concerns for her welfare.
Samantha is likely to be driving a black Ford Falcon G6 sedan, registration WNM 602.
Police have released an image of Samantha and urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Pakenham Police Station on 5945 2500.
