Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 55-year-old Greenvale man Anthony (Tony) Fiocca.
Police have been told Anthony was last seen leaving work at a construction site on Narbethong Drive in Greenvale at about 11am on Monday 18 May.
He failed to return home and is driving a black Hyundai van registration 1RH 1HF with his black labarador dog.
Police and family have concerns for Anthony's welfare as it is out of character and due to a medical condition that requires medication.
Investigators have released an image of Anthony in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Anthony is asked to contact Broadmeadows Police Station on 9302 8222.
