Police are currently searching for missing Clyde North man Ethan.
The 19-year-old was last seen on Keighery Drive on 9 May.
Ethan is described as 180cm tall with a slim build and may be in the Cranbourne, Morwell or Melbourne CBD areas.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions and he requires 24-hour care.
Police have released an image of Ethan in the hope that someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Ethan or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Cranbourne Police Station on 5991 0600.
