Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Blackburn South man Francis.
The 91-year-old was last seen at Kooringal Park Lane in Meadow Creek, North East Victoria, approximately 200km from his home address about 10.47am.
Francis is Caucasian, with a medium build and white hair.
He was last seen wearing a dark coloured jumper.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to him having dementia and he may be disorientated.
Francis will most likely be travelling in a white Toyota Lexcen Sedan with the registration FDB282.
It is understood his last bank transaction was at a service station in Whitfield about 9.30am.
Investigators have released an image of Francis in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
