Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Hallam man Hugo.
The 24-year-old was last seen about 1.30pm on Tuesday 22 October in near Frawley Road, Hallam South.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to the length of time he has been missing and medical conditions.
He was last seen wearing a brown t-shirt, beige pants and sandals.
He is Caucasian, 170cm tall with dark hair and goatee. Hugo also walks hunched over.
Investigators have released an image of Hugo in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
