Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Jason.
The 53-year-old was last seen around 9.30am on 5 July in Mernda.
He is described as 170cm tall, medium build, wearing a black hoodie, black jeans, black shoes and may be wearing a black or red cap under the hoodie and may be carrying a black backpack.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as Jason has an intellectual disability and requires medication.
Jason is known to frequent Mernda and CBD areas and uses public transport.
Police have released an image of Jason in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Mernda Police Station on 9216 1200.
