Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Jianmin.
The 72-year-old Clayton man was last sighted around 1.30pm on Thursday 18 April on Browns Road in Clayton.
Jianmin is descried as being of Asian appearance, 165cm tall with a slim build, short grey and black hair.
He was wearing a yellow zip up sports jacket with black sleeves and red pants.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has early onset dementia.
He may be in the Clayton area.
Police have released an image of Jianmin in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Jianmin is urged to contact Glen Waverly Police Station on 03 9566 1555.
