Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man John.
The 62-year-old was last seen at a relative's home on Wolseley Parade in Kensington, around 3.30pm yesterday.
John was last seen wearing a black beanie, a black jacket with a hood and a Victoria Government logo, dark blue navy pants, light blue runners and carrying a horse feed bag to collect aluminium cans.
He is described as Caucasian, approximately 178cms, slim build and grey hair.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare, due to his medical conditions and his disappearance being out of character.
He may be in the Kensington or Essendon areas and is known to frequent public transport.
Police have released an image of John, in the hope someone may know of his current whereabouts.
