Police are appealing for public assistance as they search for missing man Kevin.
The 53-year-old was last seen in Port Melbourne about 10am on Sunday 5 November and is possibly riding a blue mountain bike.
Police and family have concerns for Kevin's welfare due to a medical conditions.
Investigators have released an image of Kevin, who is now bald, in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Kevin or with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact South Melbourne Police Station on (03) 9257 3800.
