Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Northcote man Leonardo.
The 91-year-old was last seen on Victoria Road, Northcote about 2.30pm on 28 January riding his bicycle.
Leonardo failed to return home.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
He was last seen wearing beige shorts, a checked blue shirt and a blue cap with 'Italy' written on it.
Leonardo rides a red bike with a brown basket and may have headed to Preston.
Police have released an image of Leonardo in the hope can provide information on his whereabouts.
