Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Blackburn South man Maurice.
The 84-year-old is believed to have left his address on Middleborough Road some time after 27 October and before 31 October.
He is believed to have left his address in a white 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage, with registration 1DI-3WF.
Maurice and his car were seen on Burke Road, Kew East on Tuesday 31 October.
Police have concerns for Maurice as he has medical conditions.
Investigators have released an image of Maurice in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
