Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Yulin.
The 73-year-old was last seen in Marcvella Court, Glen Waverley, about 4pm on Wednesday, 19 October.
Police and family have concerns for Yulin's whereabouts due to his age, because he has a medical condition and the length of time he has been missing.
His family believe Yulin may be confused and unsure of his surroundings.
An image of Yulin has been released in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
He is Asian, with balding hair and was last seen wearing a white cap, black jacket and dark blue pants.
