Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Box Hill South teen Christian.
The 15-year-old was last seen in Elgar Road, Box Hill South about 3.30pm on Friday 11 October.
Police and family have concerns for Christian's welfare as he suffers from medical conditions. due
Christian is approximately 168cm tall, with short, dark hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt with Sonic the Hedgehog motif, black track pants and dark blue runners.
He may be wearing a white, black and red Halloween mask.
Christian is known to frequent Box Hill and surrounding areas.
Investigators have released a picture of Christian in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
