Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Macleod boy Abdul.
The 17-year-old was last seen in Seddon on Thursday 12 December.
Abdul spoke to family over the phone on Monday 16 December.
He has long black hair, is 188cm tall, with a solid build and dark coloured eyes.
Abdul was last seen wearing a grey Star Wars t-shirt and grey shorts.
Family members and police have concerns for Abdul's welfare dure to his disappearance being out of character.
Abdul is known to frequent the Seddon, Greensborough, Watsonia, Wollert and Macleod areas.
Police have released an image of Abdul in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Abdul or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Heidelberg Police Station on (03) 9450 8000.
