Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy Filip.
The 17-year-old was last seen on Clairmont Avenue in Cranbourne about 4pm on 23 July.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition and his disappearance being extremely out of character.
He is described as 175cm tall, with short brown hair and brown eyes.
The teen was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket, green pants, grey 'Sketchers' shoes, a light blue cap and a green 'Bunnings' umbrella.
Filip is known to frequent the CBD area, Chadstone and Fountain Gate shopping centres and train stations.
Police have released an image of Filip in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
