Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Dandenong teenager Ciara.
The 19-year-old was last seen on Potter Street, Dandenong, about 10am on Sunday, 22 September.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as she lives with Down Syndrome and her disappearance is out of character.
Ciara is described as being Indian in appearance, approximately 152 cm tall with straight, black shoulder length hair.
She was last seen wearing a pink t-shirt, pants, and beige ankle boots.
Officers believe Ciara might be in the Melbourne CBD area.
Investigators have released an image of Ciara in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
