Police are appealing for public assistance as they search for missing woman Jeanette.
The 64-year-old from Melton was last seen at her home address in Curlew Close about 12.30pm on Sunday 16 June.
Jeanette was seen leaving the address with her small white dog and a pram.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age and medical conditions.
Investigators have released an image of Jeanette in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
She is described as being Caucasian, 160cm tall, of slim build with light brown hair.
Jeanette was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket, black pants and boots.
