Police are currently appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Clarinda boy Phoenix.
The two-year-old was last seen at his Clarinda home about 8.30pm on 14 June.
It is believed he is travelling with his mother, 35-year-old Pia, by unknown means.
They are known to frequent the Heidelberg Heights, Epping and Mordialloc areas.
Police are concerned for the welfare of the child due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
Investigators have released an image of Phoenix and Pia in the hope someone can provide information on their current whereabouts.
Pia is described as about 170cm tall, with an olive complexion, solid build, and curly, brown, shoulder-length hair.
She was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket and dark coloured pants.
Phoenix is perceived to be of Pacific Islander appearance, with short brown hair and dark brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a navy blue tracksuit with brown fur lining inside it and no shoes.
