Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Isla.
The 19-year-old was last seen leaving her home address in Brunswick on 4 October about 6pm.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to the length of time she has been missing.
She is described as slim build, red hair, pale complexion and with nose, lip and eyebrow piercings.
Isla may have travelled into the Melbourne CBD.
Police have released an image of Isla in the hope someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
