Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man woman Jillian.
The 40-year-old was last seen on Grattan Street, Parkville, on 30 November about 2:15pm.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due medical condition, and the amount of time she has bene missing.
She is known to frequent the Box Hill and Mont Albert areas.
Jillian is described as being Caucasian with brown curly hair.
She was last seen wearing a green long sleeve t-shirt, green shorts and a black puffer jacket.
Police have released an image of Jillian in the hope someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
