Police are currently searching and appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Woodend woman Lynn.
The 56-year-old last made contact with family around 11:15am on Saturday, 5 October.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition, and her disappearance being out of character.
Lynn is described as being Caucasian in appearance, approximately 155cm tall with blonde hair.
She is known to frequent the Mount Macedon and Macedon Reservoir areas and might be travelling in a white 2018 Mercedes wagon, registration AUW266.
Officers are currently searching the Mount Macedon area for Lynn.
Investigators have released an image of Lynn and her vehicle in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
