Police are appealing for public help to find missing Portarlington man Tyendi Woodford.
The 36-year-old man was last seen on Sunday 13 September.
Tyendi is believed to be driving a 2013 white Isuzu Dmax, registered 1QU 2RQ, and could be in the Cape Otway National Park, Blanket Bay, Fairhaven area or on one of the surf coast beaches.
Tyendi is believed to also be with his Great Dane dog.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
Investigators have released a photo of Tyendi with his dog and his vehicle in the hope someone may have seen them.
