Police are appealing for public assistance as they investigate an alleged assault in Gosford.
About 11pm on Wednesday (19 March 2025), police were called to Gosford Railway Station, following reports of an assault.
Officers attached to Brisbane Water Police District attended and were told a man was assaulting a woman.
Police spoke to a man and woman at the scene; however, the woman left the scene shortly after police arrival.
The woman is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall, of medium build, with blonde hair.
She was last seen wearing a white singlet, grey tracksuit pants, carrying a black "Nike" backpack with a teddy bear key chain on it.
