Police are seeking public assistance in relation to investigations into an assault in Newstead on April 23.
Initial information indicates a man attended a store on Breakfast Creek Road around 4pm and assaulted a male employee before fleeing the scene.
Police believe the man boarded a train at Bowen Hills before possibly disembarking in the city.
Police have released the below images of a man who may be able to assist with ongoing investigations.
He is described as approximately 185 centimetres tall, with black, curly hair, and was wearing a white polo shirt and black shorts.
