Police seek information on Death in Darwin City

Northern Territory Police are calling for information that may assist investigations into a death in Darwin city this morning.

Shortly after 6.00am, police were called to an apartment complex in Smith Street after the body of a 44-year-old man was found on the road outside. The man was an occupant of the complex.

Territory Duty Superintendent Drew Slape said, "At this stage of the investigation we believe his death is non-suspicious, however as investigations are continuing we would like to hear from anyone who was in the vicinity of Smith Street between Daly Street and Peary Street in the early hours of this morning.

"If anyone in the vicinity heard or saw anything that might relate to this investigation, or who has CCTV or dash-cam footage covering the area, we would like to speak with you."
