Police Seek Information On Disturbance - Palmerston

Northern Territory Police are calling for information after a disturbance that occurred in Palmerston overnight.

Around 10:40pm, police received reports of a group of people throwing bottles in a carpark opposite to a fast-food restaurant on the corner of Frances Drive and University Avenue.

The incident resulted in property damage to the fast-food restaurant and a vehicle being driven erratically from the area.

A 28-year-old man was arrested and later charged with Drive high range blood alcohol content, Drive unlicensed, Drive an unsafe motor vehicle and Breach of bail.

Investigations are ongoing.
