Northern Territory Police are calling for information after a taxi robbery in Malak overnight.
Shortly before 9pm, police received a report that a taxi on Rickard Court had been robbed by four unknown youths. The youths allegedly threatened the driver with blunt weapons before stealing a number of small items.
A nearby resident intervened and the offenders fled the scene on foot.
Detective Senior Sergeant Brett Cottier said, "Investigations are ongoing and police are calling for anyone who witnessed the incident to make contact on 131 444. Please quote reference 10089731."
