Police Seek Information: Robbery, South Brisbane

Police have released CCTV of a man who may be able to assist with their investigations into a robbery at an address in South Brisbane on May 3.

Investigations indicate a man on an e-scooter broke into a unit on Merivale Street about 5.30am when he was confronted by a resident who just arrived home.

The male offender allegedly threatened the man with a knife before leaving the scene on the e-scooter.

The resident was not injured during the incident.

CCTV shows a man arriving and leaving the location on an e-scooter around the time of the incident.

He is believed to be in his early 20s, described as having an olive complexion, around 188cm tall, with dark hair and a possible sleeve tattoo on his right arm.

Anyone who recognises the man, or who has any information that can assist investigations, is urged to contact police.
