Police Seek Information: Serious Assault At Beenleigh

Police are appealing for information as they investigate a serious assault in Beenleigh last night.

Emergency services were initially called to the intersection of Alamein Street and Savages Parade around 11pm, following reports of a male laying in the middle of the road.

Upon arrival, officers located a 17-year-old Beenleigh boy who had sustained serious injuries.

He was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition.

Officers are appealing to any witnesses or anyone with footage of the area, including dashcam and CCTV, to contact police.

Investigations are ongoing.
