Police seek information: Serious crash, Upper Mount Gravatt

Police are appealing for information following a serious traffic crash in Upper Mount Gravatt this afternoon.

At 5.50pm, a motorcyclist was travelling along Klumpp Road and has crashed at the intersection on Mains Road.

A local police officer located the rider on the side of the road suffering from serious injuries.

The motorcyclist a 42-year-old Upper Mount Gravatt man was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition.

Police are appealing for anyone that may have witnessed the crash or may have dashcam footage to come forward and speak to police.

The Forensic Crash Unit continues to investigate.
