Police Seek Information: Serious Traffic Crash, Geebung

Police are appealing for witnesses following a traffic crash involving a car and pedestrian in Geebung yesterday, September 25.

Initial information indicates a white Toyota Hilux struck a pedestrian near the intersection of Robinson Road and Murphy Road, just after 5pm.

The pedestrian, a 14-year-old girl, sustained serious head injuries and was transported to Queensland Children's Hospital.

The driver and sole-occupant of the vehicle, a man in his 50s from Eatons Hill, was physically uninjured and is assisting police with their investigation.

Police are appealing for anyone in the area at the time of the incident, who may have relevant CCTV or dashcam footage, to please come forward.

Investigations remain ongoing.
