Police Seek Leads in Daisy Hill Crash

Police are appealing for the driver involved in a hit-and-run between a vehicle and a pedestrian in Daisy Hill today, July 19, to come forward.

Initial investigations indicate just after 9am, a silver Toyota SUV travelling on Allamanda Drive struck a woman.

The driver of the SUV failed to remain on the scene.

The female pedestrian was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Investigators are appealing for the driver or witnesses, especially those with dashcam vision of the incident or the moments leading up to it to come forward.
