Police Seek Leads in Newcastle Indecent Exposure Case

Police are appealing for information after an indecent act in the Newcastle area this week.

Officers attached to Newcastle City Police District have commenced an investigation following an alleged indecent act on George Street, Islington, about 11.40pm on Wednesday 9 April 2025.

Police have been told a man allegedly approached a 20-year-old woman at the time.

About 12.20am (Thursday 10 April 2025), police received further reports of a man acting indecently on Elcho Street, Hamilton.

The man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in his mid-twenties, of solid build with shoulder length dark brown hair. He was wearing a light green coloured t-shirt and a face covering.
