Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a missing child from Sydney's south west.
Prince Takabika, aged 10, was last seen leaving a school in Gilmore Street, Cabramatta at 3pm today (Friday 23 August 2024).
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Fairfield Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare due to his young age along with his disappearance being out of character.
Prince is described as being of African appearance, 135cm, thin build with short dark hair.
He was last seen wearing a school uniform consisting of a blue shirt and long navy coloured pants. Prince was also carrying a maroon backpack.
Prince is known to frequent the Cabramatta area. He may also travel on the rail network.
