Police Seek Missing Autistic Boy in Chipping Norton

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a boy missing from Sydney's south west.

Essa Dennaoui, aged 5, was last seen in Epsom Street, Chipping Norton, about 6.35pm today (Thursday 2 January 2025).

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Liverpool City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Essa's whereabouts as he lives with autism and is non verbal.

Essa is described as being of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean appearance, about 100cm tall, slim build with brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black and white skeleton onesie and no shoes. Essa responds to his name.
