Police Seek Missing Crookwell Teen Boy

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from the state's south.

Bailey Meikle, 16, was last seen about 9.50pm yesterday ( Wednesday 23 October 2024) in the Crookwell area.

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to The Hume Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare.

Bailey is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall, thin build, and with short blonde hair.

He was last seen wearing a black and blue striped shirt, black and grey jacket, black shorts, grey shoes and carrying a dark purple backpack.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to call Yass Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
